A clerical error occurred in the text. What do I do ?
Return the tags (without chains) to our address, mentioning
your co-ordinates and indicating the mistake(s).
The tags will be replaced by correct ones.
If the mistake is ours this will be free of charge.

What about the guarantee ?
A two-year guarantee is granted on the tags
and chains against rust.

What are the terms of delivery ?
The tags will be manufactured AFTER receipt of your payment.
You will receive your order by mail within 5 or 10 working days.

What is the delivery cost ?
For all European countries the delivery costs
are included in the price.
